The Kitchen

I have never loved labels, I have always seen them as limitations.

With my dishes I would simply like to convey the same emotions that I feel when I am in the kitchen.

An instinctive cuisine, without borders and with free creativity, which respects my Neapolitan origins and pays tribute to the wonderful land where we decided to embark on this adventure.

Respecting the products and their seasonality will be my aim and, having fun, I hope to amuse you too, making you feel a bit like at home.
